Job Description
Assisting in the seamless execution of food and beverage service to our guests.
Including and not limited to breakfast, weddings, conferences and events.
Key responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and answer menu questions
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee and alcoholic drinks
Operate the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments
Clear, wipe down, and reset tables quickly between guests
Restock service stations, counters, and display areas
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS) rules
Setting of Conference Rooms as required as per Banquet Event Orders
Setting of Restaurant and Terrace as per Standard Operating Procedures




Setting of Wedding's and Receptions as per Banquet Event Orders
About you
Valid Recent South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Barista Skills Required
Previous experience in a rapid-paced cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment
Robust communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including morning's weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Neat personal presentation and a customer-first mindset
