Rosary Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant to join the team in a full time role, Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.
You will support residents with daily living activities and deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key duties include assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals; maintaining dignity and independence; and documenting care needs with the care team.
