Endurance Mining in Meekatharra, WA seeks a hands-on Paste Fill Leading Hand to manage the Abra Mine Site paste fill crew on a rotating N/S roster.
You will lead installation, maintenance, and QA/QC of underground paste fill infrastructure while mentoring junior crew and driving safety on the ground.
Reporting to the UGM and Backfill Superintendent/Engineer, you will deliver high-quality work in a quick-paced mining setting and uphold rigorous safety and housekeeping standards.
