Laurent Bakery is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) at our Melbourne facility. You will oversee daily bakery operations, ensure product quality, safety and GMP/HACCP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing lines.
You will lead a hands-on team, develop a positive culture, coordinate with maintenance, and meet production targets in a rapid-paced food manufacturing workplace in Victoria.
