Stellar Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person, who thrives under pressure and is team-orientated, to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is passionate about patient care and has excellent communication skills.
The Role
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Wound care
Recalls and Reminders
Triage management
Immunisations
Chronic Disease management
Health Assessments
Treatment room assistance as required
Patient education, support and building links to the community
Stock maintenance and ordering
Qualifications & Experience
Current AHPRA registration.
Current CPR
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Commitment to providing a high level of care.
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Computer literacy- Best practice software
Previous experience within General Practice is not essential.
