Delaware North Australia is seeking Sommeliers to deliver world-class wine experiences at the Melbourne Cup Carnival at Victoria Racing Club.
You will work in premium dining rooms, members' areas, suites and corporate venues, shaping guest experiences for a prestigious event.
Ideal candidates bring sommelier experience, robust wine knowledge and excellent guest service.
RSA certification and availability for October/November event dates are required.
