Job Description
This role will provide culturally responsive mental health care to Aboriginal children, adolescents, and families.
Key responsibilities
Delivers assessment, advocacy, counselling, and cultural leadership.
Collaborates with services, supports staff, and ensures culturally secure practice, accountability, and improved wellbeing outcomes.
Provides culturally informed engagement, assessment and interventions for Aboriginal children, young people and their families who are experiencing social and emotional health difficulties.
Provides consultancy regarding skilled and other matters.
What you need
Ability to deliver culturally protected, trauma-informed care grounded in Aboriginal knowledge.
Experience in engaging Aboriginal children, young people, and families.
