Job Description
Ridley is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Pakenham and contribute to manufacturing operations.
You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and ensure secure, efficient production of goods in a cooperative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a positive attitude, and a solid commitment to working safely, with willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential.
