Estia Health is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our aged care team across multiple locations in Australia.
You'll provide clinical care, create individual care plans, and ensure accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
The successful candidate will lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, build rapport with residents and families, hold a Nursing Diploma, and maintain current AHPRA registration, with solid computer skills and a commitment to quality resident care.
