Bupa is seeking a Care Manager to lead the clinical operations of our aged care facility in Canberra.
You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, ensuring assessments, care plans and governance are consistently high quality.
You will lead a clinical team, coach staff, manage incidents and ensure compliance with AN-ACC.
A Nursing degree with APHRA registration is essential, with postgrad aged care highly regarded.
