Glass / Window Labourer - Casual / Part Time / Full time
Eastern Contract Glazing (ECG) is based in Bayswater.
We assist our customers in office with glass installations.
We are looking to expand our team across casual, part-time, and full-time roles to support our growing pipeline of upcoming projects.

About the Role:
You will be working alongside our experienced trade team on-site.
Duties include:
Assisting with the handling, lifting, and placement of large glass panels.
In office setup, material movement, and site prep.
Assisting with rubber glazing, sealing, and frame handling.
General trade support and factory/site labour duties.
What We Are Looking For:
Physical Fitness & Strength:
High manual handling capability is essential.




You must be comfortable with heavy team lifting on a daily basis.
Compliance:
Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and full Australian working rights.
Licence & Transport:
Valid, current Australian Driver's Licence and confident driving trade vehicles between sites.
Tech Capabilities:
Competent using basic workplace apps on a smartphone (e.g., managing timesheets, shifts, or job admin via tools like BrightHR or Xero).
Experience:
Prior experience in glass or window fabrication is a bonus, but a general construction background is equally suited.
We want to hear from you if you have worked in office in carpentry, site labouring, landscaping, or any hands‐on trade where you understand site safety and aren't afraid of hard physical work.
Full on-the-job training in glazing techniques will be provided for the right candidate.
