Smart Start Interlocks is seeking a full time Collections Officer to join our team in Heidelberg West.
You will contact customers, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely collection of outstanding interlock accounts.
Key responsibilities include proactive outreach to overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records, and engaging our network and third parties to remove interlocks.
A qualified, empathetic approach and commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
