Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of positions.
You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
The portfolio is diverse and dynamic, with recruitment needs spanning: Entry-level Service Attendants Chefs and hospitality professionals Transport and logistics personnel Blue-collar operational roles White-collar corporate and qualified positions No two days are the same, and success in this role requires someone who can confidently shift between portfolios, priorities and workforce demands while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.
Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activities Building robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles and skill levels Coordinating interviews, offers,
