We have positions in either Property Manager or Senior Property Manager. You will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining solid relationships with clients. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our organisation in St Clair, Recent South Wales. This permanent, full-time position requires a proactive approach to client management and a deep understanding of the property market, ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Identify new business opportunities within the property and housing sector to drive growth.




Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Collaborate with your team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the property market.
Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
For Property Manager
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Office/Manager
For Senior
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Property manager
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
