Stockland in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Planner to lead cost planning for the Waterloo Renewal Project, a landmark mixed-use precinct spanning residential, retail and infrastructure.

You will develop and manage cost plans across buildings and infrastructure, work with development, design and contracting teams, identify risks and opportunities, and support investment decisions while driving sustainability initiatives.
