Are you ready to join an impactful enterprise transformation? We are seeking a dedicated SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (People) to support the change management strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll implementations within a major Contemporary ERP Program. In this role, you will play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and driving seamless business readiness across HR and Payroll functions.
What You Will Do:
- Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies aligned with ERP transformation goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes while supporting targeted interventions.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, presentations, and intranet updates.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs, including material coordination, scheduling, and completion tracking.
- Execute business readiness assessments and manage change adoption metrics to ensure smooth go-live support.
