We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join a team located in Riverwood NSW. This is an opportunity to work with an industry leader and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities and Operations. Ensuring the safe and effective management of the company's policies and procedures.

n

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about managing warehousing operations, with knowledge of operational health and safety and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

n

- Overseeing and managing all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving, picking, packing and distribution, whilst ensuring efficient and organised processes.
n
- Supervise the Warehouse Team, providing them with assistance, leadership, and guidance.
n
- Training and developing new and existing employees.
n
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering with OH&S; regulations, ensuring all employees understand and promote a strong safety culture.
n
- Manage inventory control and implement systems to monitor stock levels, identifying and minimising discrepancies and ensuring accurate records.
n
- Overseeing accuracy of picking, packing, and loading of products.
n




- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
n
- Meet or exceed Warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
n
- Assist with the implementation of WMS, including RF Scanning and systematic procedures.
n
- Administration tasks as required.
n
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimise processes and minimise costs.
n
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and achieve operational excellence.
n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Prior warehouse experience essential
n
- Previous experience leading a team (minimum 2 years)
n
- Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, procedures, and operations
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills
n
- Robust organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Physical fitness is required as heavy lifting is required.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
n
- Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft programs.
n
- Current drivers' licence (essential)
n
- Current Forklift licence (essential)
n
