The role

We're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a team delivering some of the most complex projects in our business.

At Unita, Senior CAs are more than contract administrators. They're trusted commercial partners to the Project Manager and delivery team. You'll be close to the project, involved in the decisions that matter and given the space to apply your judgement, solve problems and help drive strong outcomes for both the client and the business.

You'll work on projects that will challenge you, alongside experienced people who value commercial thinking, practical solutions and getting the fundamentals right.

- Procurement decisions strengthen both project performance and margin
- Budgets and forecasts provide confidence because they are accurate, analytical and forward-looking

- The project team looks to you for commercial insight and sound judgement
- Documentation is disciplined, consistent and audit ready
- Subcontractor relationships are professional, firm but fair, and commercially effective
- Less experienced team members grow because of your guidance, support and willingness to share your knowledge




- Projects finish in a stronger commercial position because of the decisions and discipline you bring throughout delivery

Experience we’re looking for

- 5+ years of Contract Administration experience in commercial construction or fitout environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex head contracts and subcontract procurement
- Strong working knowledge of variations, extensions of time, claims and commercial forecastingAlready prefer a missing closing issue correctly? Wait that was missing? Instead must adjust. We'll proceed.
