Birds in Derby is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to maintain bakery equipment and support both the main site and retail stores. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role covers 45 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday 6am–3:30pm, with on-call duties and extra pay.

You will respond to equipment breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance, install and commission recent equipment, and work with suppliers and other departments to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime across
