My client is a leading FMCG business looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Macquarie Park.

The Role

n

A Commercial Finance Manager opportunity, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to drive profitability and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities will include:

n

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
n
- Business partnering with senior Sales, Marketing and Category stakeholders
n
- Analysing sales, volume, pricing and cost performance
n
- Developing financial models and business cases for NPD and private label projects
n
- Supporting promotional planning and commercial investment decisions
n
- Providing insightful financial analysis and commentary to leadership
n




- Driving robust financial controls across commercial spend
n
- Tracking performance against strategic and financial targets
n

n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in commercial finance and business partnering
n
- Robust financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
n
- FMCG, manufacturing or retail experience highly desirable
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Advanced Excel skills, with SAP and BI/reporting experience
n
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
n
- Degree qualified in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
- CA/CPA or MBA desirable
n
