About the Role

As a Strategy & Acquisition Analyst, you willbe responsible forresearching the Australian property market,identifyingpotential investmentopportunitiesand supporting the acquisition process frominitialassessment through to contract preparation.

This position involves analysing market trends, identifying acquisition opportunities, and supporting the development of strategic plans that align with our organisational goals. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing our competitive edge in the property sector, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Research and analyse the Australian property market toidentifyinvestment opportunities,trendsand potential risks.
- Identifyand assess properties that align with client investmentobjectivesand requirements.
- Analyse property and market data to support investment and acquisition decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Engage with prospective investors to understand their goals,preferencesand investment requirements.
- Present suitable property opportunities and provide clear, data-driven market insights.
- Monitor property stock,availabilityand market movements.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with landowners,buildersand other industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage Reservation Forms,



Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and other pre-contract documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate the acquisition process frominitialopportunity through to contract preparation.
- Support the negotiation process for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure documentation is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Work towards and consistently achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is analytical, commerciallymindedand confident working with people.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience in property, real estate, property investment, acquisitions, sales, business development,financeor a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in strategy, acquisitions, or a related analytical role
- A strong interest in the Australian property market
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Confidence engaging with clients and industry stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to interpret market data andidentifyopportunities
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
