About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Marketing & Communications Specialist to support and deliver marketing initiatives across the Group.

This is a hands‑on role where you will bring together brand, content, digital marketing and campaigns to build market presence and support business growth.

Working closely with the Executive team and Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of marketing activities, contribute ideas and help shape the Group's evolving marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, communications and content.
- Manage website content, social media and digital marketing activity.
- Develop engaging client communications, newsletters and thought leadership content.




- Support brand awareness, PR and market positioning initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral, capability statements and client‑facing materials.
- Coordinate events, webinars and other client engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to support referral networks and business growth.

About You

You are an organised, creative and commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys taking initiative and getting things done.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
- Strong writing, content creation and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and digital channels.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with solid attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Experience in professional services, legal or B2B marketing will be highly regarded.
