At ACLE Services, we're helping deliver the next generation of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia. As our project pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and safety-focused HR Truck Driver to join our construction delivery team at our Hybrid (Solar and BESS) Project in Yoogali, NSW.

This is an opportunity to be part of an experienced project team delivering critical infrastructure that supports Australia's transition to clean energy.

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you'll play an significant role in keeping our projects moving by safely transporting materials, equipment and personnel across active construction sites and between project locations.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for multi-stop deliveries, loading and unloading materials and supporting site logistics.

Our project is based in Yoogali, NSW and with two to follow in Tocumwal and Moree Plains, with rostered work and travel between projects as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely load, transport and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Complete multi-stop pickups and deliveries to and from project sites.
- Transport materials safely throughout active construction sites.
- Operate HR trucks in accordance with road transport legislation and company procedures.
- Complete pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.




- Ensure loads are safely restrained and transported.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with Fatigue Management requirements.
- Take responsibility for the safe transport of goods and passengers (when required).
- Work closely with Site Supervisors and project teams to support construction activities.
- Maintain a clean, professional and safety-focused approach at all times.
- Participate in all ACLE safety initiatives and comply with site safety requirements.

About You

You are a dependable and safety-conscious driver who enjoys working in construction environments and understands the importance of keeping projects running efficiently.

You'll Bring

- Current HR Driver's Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated experience driving HR trucks
- Experience working within construction, civil, logistics or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of load restraint and safe vehicle operation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work away from home on rostered projects

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

- Previous experience on Solar, BESS, civil or major construction projects
- Defensive Driving training
- Fatigue Management training
- Basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance experience
- White Card
