Phillippa's Trade is seeking a full-time Baker for our market-leading retail bakery in Melbourne, using premium local ingredients to craft natural yeasted and sourdough breads, pastries and croissants.
You will work with a 30-year-old starter, mastering traditional techniques and authentic ingredients, while maintaining punctuality and managing the physical demands of baking. Training in traditional production techniques will be provided; room for growth opportunities is available.
