Position: Senior Site Planner

n Salary: $180k to $220k base + super + 25% site uplift

Design & Build has partnered with a major global E&M; contractor delivering one of Australia's largest power generation projects, and we are recruiting a Senior Site Planner to take ownership of the detailed construction and installation schedule.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build and maintain the detailed site baseline schedule in Primavera P6
n
- Manage scheduling across the complete electrical and mechanical installation scope
n
- Maintain alignment between the site schedule, master schedule and actual construction progress
n
- Monitor critical path, milestones and project interfaces
n




- Identify schedule deviations and develop mitigation and recovery plans
n
- Analyse acceleration opportunities to protect key construction and commissioning milestones
n
- Incorporate subcontractor schedules and assess progress against planDeliver rolling look-ahead planning with the site team
n
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and upcoming milestones
n

Minimum Experience

n

n
- Advanced Primavera P6 experience is essential
n
- 10+ years' experience in project planning / scheduling
n
- Experience working on major construction or infrastructure projects
n
- Robust understanding of construction sequencing, critical path and schedule recovery
n
- Experience across energy, power generation, resources, oil & gas or similar complex projects
n
