St John of God Accord invites applications for a Learning and Development Coordinator. You will support workforce development across the service, coordinating and delivering clinical education, competency assessments, and workplace coaching for caregivers and staff.

Ideally you are a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, experienced in adult learning, and knowledgeable about NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities.
