Part time | Employee or Contractor | Templestowe Lower

Top to Toe Health is looking for one additional Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Templestowe Lower.

This is one role with flexibility in how you work with us — either as a part-time employee or independent contractor.

We are looking for someone who can have a regular presence in the clinic, with a minimum of 2 half-days per week, and ideally 4 half-days or 2 full days. School-friendly hours can be considered.

About the role

You’ll work alongside our existing women’s health physiotherapist and be supported by an established patient base, internal allied health referrals, GP and specialist relationships, administration support and clinic marketing.

Your caseload may include pregnancy and postnatal care, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Men’s pelvic health experience is welcome, but not essential.

You won’t be expected to build the service on your own. We will support caseload growth through our existing patient base, internal referrals, local GP and specialist relationships, and targeted clinic marketing.

Top to Toe Health is a well established allied health clinic with more than 20 years in the Manningham community.

Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, myotherapy, dietetics, psychology and speech pathology, with visiting medical specialists also consulting from the clinic.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, professional and comfortable managing a pelvic health caseload independently.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributes positively to the clinic around them.

We’re looking for:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Pelvic health / women’s health postgraduate training
- Competence with internal pelvic examinations
- Experience managing common pelvic health presentations

Highly regarded, but not essential:

- Graduate Certificate or Master’s qualification in Pelvic Health / Women’s Health
- Pessary fitting experience
- Advanced pelvic health training
- Men’s pelvic health experience
