We're looking for a Learning & Capability Partner who embraces technology, explores current ideas and creates engaging learning experiences that connect with today's workforce and prepare them for tomorrow's opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing creative learning experiences using a blend of digital learning, AI-powered tools, workshops, performance support resources and on-the-job development.
- Partnering with leaders to identify capability opportunities and create solutions that make a real difference to team performance and guest experience.
- Building leadership programs, career pathways and succession initiatives that help great people grow their careers with us.
- Facilitating engaging and energetic learning experiences, both in person and virtually.
- Coaching leaders, trainers and subject matter experts to deliver learning that sticks.
- Exploring new technologies, learning trends and innovative approaches to continuously evolve how we learn at TEEG.
- Using data, insights and feedback to measure impact and improve learning outcomes.





What We're Looking For

We're less interested in people who simply deliver training.

We're looking for someone who:

- Creates learning experiences that genuinely engage people and drive behaviour change.
- Understands what motivates today's workforce and translates that into learning that sticks.
- Knows how to blend technology, social learning and real-world experience to build capability.
- Creates learning experiences people actually enjoy participating in.

Ideally, You'll Bring

- Experience designing and delivering learning, capability or leadership programs in retail, hospitality, leisure or other fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Strong facilitation, instructional design and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face channels.
- A qualification in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field.
