Lifeblood is seeking a strategic Head of Enterprise Delivery & Flow to guide executive-aligned delivery across Agile Release Trains, Waterfall projects, and portfolios. You will develop sequenced roadmaps to remove constraints, improve flow, and create consistency across Lifeblood’s business units.
You will lead four direct reports and a community of Scrum Masters, driving change with credibility, empathy, and measurable outcomes across the enterprise.
