NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking a Senior Social Worker specializing in bereavement, grief and loss to join the team on a part time temporary basis. You will support patients and families at end of life within a multidisciplinary setting, delivering therapeutic interventions and coordinated discharge planning.

The role requires a Bachelor or postgraduate social work degree with AASW eligibility, plus extensive clinical experience including Level 2 social work.
