NVITAFE is seeking a proactive Injury Management and Return to Work Advisor to lead early intervention and RTW processes across NVITAFE and GOTAFE sites in Victoria.

You will manage complex workers’ compensation claims, liaise with insurers and health professionals, and deliver education to build capability in recovery-at-work.

The role requires a relevant Allied Health qualification, VIC RTW Co‑ordinator certificate, and Australian citizenship for security clearance.
