Due to high demand for quality Speech Therapy we're expanding our team to the area of The Ponds to provide assessments and intervention within home, childcare, preschools, schools, day program and aged care facilities within the local area.

Key responsibilities

n

Provide assessments and intervention across varied settings including home, childcare, preschools, schools, day programs and aged care facilities

n

Work with both paediatric and adult caseloads

n

Developing and delivering individualised therapy programs

n

Supporting clients to achieve their communication and participation goals Working collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams

n

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress reports

n





Providing education and practical strategies to clients, families and support teams

n
