Harden District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis. This is an in-charge role offering the chance to lead a busy ED environment while providing high-quality patient care in a regional NSW setting. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and bring strong clinical experience across emergency, acute, and aged care settings.

- Lead the ED and Acute care team as In Charge, managing triage and patient flow
- 12-week contract with an immediate start date
- Regional healthcare role in Harden, NSW, with scope to make a real clinical impact

Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in emergency department, acute care,



or aged care nursing
- Proven in-charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Triage experience is essential, with competence in patient assessment and prioritisation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing clinical priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
