Job Description

Aspire4Life is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to join our Northern Metro, VIC region. In a community-based role, you will conduct holistic assessments in clients' homes, supporting independence and wellness across Glenroy, Broadmeadows, Coburg, Campbellfield and surrounding suburbs.

The role is a full time permanent contract with Monday to Friday work and no weekends. Comprehensive training is provided, including travel and accommodation as per policy.
