Synergie Australia is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our valued client in Altona North, VIC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced transport workplace.

The important parts:

- Pay:$40- $45 per hour + Super
- Hours:Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Employment Type:Casual with the potential to become permanent
- Start Date: ASAP

What you will be required to do:

You will play a key role supporting transport operations and ensuring driver compliance requirements are met.

- Complete driver sign-off and compliance administration tasks
- Review and maintain driver documentation and records
- Ensure compliance information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with transport-related administrative duties
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Liaise with drivers and internal stakeholders as required
- Support day-to-day operational and compliance processes
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

- Have previous administration experience




- Possess basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable working afternoon shifts
- Experience within the transport or logistics industry will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods requirements is advantageous but not essential
