Job Description

NSW Health at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Telecommunication & Information Officer to join the 24/7 switchboard team, providing essential paging and information services to patients, visitors and staff.

You'll operate the hospital switchboard, update rosters and databases, respond to routine and emergency communications, and deliver skilled customer service in a fast-paced environment.
