The Position





In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Support a highly regarded Senior Property Manager and learn from the best
- Organise and attend open for inspections
- Manage the leasing and routines of an immaculately maintained portfolio
- Take rental enquiries, follow up email, and phone enquiries
- Process rental applications and reference check tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
- Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
- Advertise and update property listings online
- Ad hoc admin support to the property management team
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role Junior Property Manager will have:

- Experience in a support role within Property Management, whether it be Leasing or Admin
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Proficiency in property management software - Property Tree & Inspection Manager, a bonus!
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
