Public Dining Room is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant seating 120 guests on Sydney's beautiful Balmoral Beach. Since opening in 2008, we've built a loyal following among Mosman locals, known for quality food, fresh local ingredients with global influences, and warm, professional service.

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Waiters with excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Whether you're building a career in the industry or looking for rewarding work alongside study, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need

- A passion for food and great customer service
n
- The ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure

- Robust communication and organisational skills
n
- A well-presented, reliable approach to work
n
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
n
- Prior experience as a section waiter preferred
