Personal Assistant to Medical Specialist with Personal Duties - Part Time

n

Based on the Gold Coast

n

Well-established specialist medical professional, seeking a caring and experienced Personal Assistant with experience with children, also must have a working with children check and references in working with children and the ability to perform day-to-day tasks, including the needs of an 11-year-old child.

n

Managing personal and professional tasks as needed

n

Creating and updating lists of tasks and completion notes

n

School pick-ups/drop-offs/homework, some household duties and meal organisation required. Would suit a university student with experience working with children, as well as experienced in technology, for day-to-day personal assistant tasks. Some tutoring duties also.

n

Excellent phone manner and commitment to a consistently high level of professional support.

n





Working in sync with a professional Personal Assistant, must have the ability to work as a team player and the ability to work autonomously.

n

Ability to multitask and deal with a variety of tasks in a professional manner.

n

Solid computer skills with a high degree of accuracy. Experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook Calendar is essential.

n

Excellent written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills.

n

Medical terminology is an advantage, may lead to other roles.

n

Must have a can-do attitude and a true understanding of what it is to care for people, especially children.
