Our client, specialising in the design and development of integrated solar and energy storage systems is looking for a Technical Service Engineer (Solar)

What's on Offer

n
- Permanent full time office-based role
n
- Salary – 75K – 100K + super (negotiable based on experiences)
n
- Office near Rocklea, QLD
n

n

Job Description

n

n
- Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.
n
- Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.
n
- Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements
n
- Providing onsite installation instructions.
n

n

Experiences & Requirements

n

n
- Prior experiences working with batteries manufacturer.
n
- Electrical engineering degree.
n
- Full work rights in Australia.
n
