Ardour Milton Park Bowral has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our passionate Food & Beverage team.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading daily restaurant operations while supporting the delivery of exceptional events and guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and broader Food & Beverage leadership team, you will help create a seamless service environment that reflects the high standards and personalised hospitality for which Ardour Milton Park Bowral is renowned.

Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa in Bowral, NSW, has undergone a $10 million transformation and recently reopened in February 2026 as Ardour Milton Park Bowral, the very first flagship in our new Ardour Hotels & Estates collection.

What you'll be doing...

n

- Support the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant and all things food and beverage across the hotel.
n
- Oversee the delivery of all events, ensuring seamless setup, service and pack down.
n
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
n
- Ensure service standards consistently reflect Ardour's brand standards.
n
- Foster a positive,



collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
n
- Manage guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.
n
- Support rostering, training, stock control, and operational administration.
n
- Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.
n

You'll thrive in this role if you have...

- Previous experience in a leadership role within events, restaurants, or hotels environments.
n
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and event service standards.
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
n
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
