About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of wear-resistant solutions, specialising in protecting heavy-duty equipment from wear and impact.

n

What you will be doing:

n

Plan, coordinate and deliver company projects safely, on time, within scope and budget.

n

Manage fabrication, lining, subcontractor supply, suppliers and logistics.

n

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, including local and overseas providers.

n

Work with Planning and Production Managers to manage schedules, labour, costs and resources.

n

Monitor project risks, changes, quality and contractual requirements.

n

Provide accurate project progress and forecast reporting.

n

Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and legislation.

n

Drive continuous improvement through standardised processes and lessons learned.

What you will need:

n

A qualification in Project Management, Engineering,



Construction/Manufacturing Management or a relevant technical trade/degree, and/or 5+ years' experience managing fabrication or manufacturing projects.

n

Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers, including overseas providers, freight, logistics and quality requirements.

n

Strong experience in project planning, labour-hour and cost control, contract administration and stakeholder management.

n

A practical understanding of fabrication, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
