Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of positions. You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

The portfolio is varied and dynamic, with recruitment needs spanning:

- Chefs and hospitality professionals
- Transport and logistics personnel
- Blue-collar operational roles
- White-collar corporate and professional positions

No two days are the same, and success in this role requires someone who can confidently shift between portfolios, priorities and workforce demands while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.





- Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activities
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles and skill levels
- Coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to business leaders
- Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Driving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Agency Recruitment
- The ability to adapt quickly across different portfolios, industries and role types
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience recruiting for blue-collar, frontline or operational roles will be highly regarded
