Your Role Will Include:

- Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-store
n
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
n
- Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams
n




- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Supporting external sales staff and management
n
- Maintaining accurate sales records and product knowledge
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in internal sales, retail, or customer service
n
- Strong communication and people skills
n
- A proactive and positive attitude
n
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
n
- Experience in the steel or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)

- Ability to work well in a team environment
