About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join us providing services across aged care and NDIS clients.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, delivering evidence-based nutritional assessments, tailored interventions and practical recommendations that support clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Deliver individualised nutrition assessments and interventions across aged care and NDIS
- Develop practical, achievable dietary plans aligned with client goals
- Provide education and ongoing support to clients, carers and families
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia
- Experience in community, aged care and/or NDIS settings
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
