We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant or Sales Cadet to join our successful team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

n

Welcome recent and existing customers and assist with product enquiries

n

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

n

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the sales process

n

Develop new business through lead follow-up, prospecting and dealership marketing initiatives

n

Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery

n

Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations

n

Negotiate professionally to achieve strong customer outcomes and sales results

n

Complete sales documentation accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records

n

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with used vehicle stock and market trends

n

Follow dealership sales systems, processes and compliance requirements

n

Work closely with Finance, Service and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience

n

Uphold dealership values, policies and professional standards

n

Automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential

Requirements

Valid Victorian Driver's Licence

n

Current Police Check (required to perform this role)
