An established commercial landscaping contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver softscape construction projects across Brisbane's western corridor, from Ipswich through to Toowoomba.
n You will manage approximately three to four projects at a time, ranging from $250,000 to $2 million, across the education, industrial and aged-care sectors.

n

Duties

n

n
- Manage two to four landscape construction projects simultaneously (pending project sizes & workflow)
n
- Deliver projects valued between $250,000 and $2 million
n
- Oversee project programs, budgets, procurement and scheduling
n
- Coordinate foremen, leading hands, landscapers and subcontractors
n
- Liaise with clients, builders, consultants and suppliers
n
- Monitor costs, variations and overall commercial performance
n




- Conduct regular site visits across Ipswich and Toowoomba
n
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety and contractual requirements
n
- Manage project reporting and documentation using Google Docs and Excel
n
- Drive projects through to practical completion and handover
n

About You

n

n
- Project Management experience within landscaping or construction
n
- Experience delivering commercial projects such as schools, industrial facilities or aged-care developments
n
- Softscape construction knowledge is highly desirable
n
- High-rise project experience is advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong commercial, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident managing multiple projects and delivery teams
n
- Computer literate and comfortable using Google Docs and Excel
n
- Fit, professionally presented and comfortable regularly attending sites
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
