Job Description

The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to lead from the floor at Strathfield Golf Club, with primary focus on Bistro 18 and supporting the Halfway Kiosk.

You will work closely with the Venue Manager to own service during shifts, coach the front-of-house team, run briefings, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and excellent communication.
