We're looking for a switched‐on Machinery Operator who wants more than just a seat and a set of controls.

One day you might be hydro excavating around underground services, the next you're on a 5T excavator or Posi Track removing trees, loading gear, preparing equipment for a remote job or helping get the yard ready for the next crew.

We want someone who sees what needs doing — and gets it done.

Your main role will be operating our Vac Truck, including:
n
Excavation around trees, infrastructure & sensitive areas
n
Local and remote projects
n
Daily machine inspections & basic maintenance
n
You'll also get your hands on:

5T Excavators
n
n
- Posi Tracks
n
- Loaders
n
- Tippers
n
n
Our work stretches from Townsville to Cape York, the Torres Strait and across regional Queensland.
n
That means variety, remote work, changing environments and plenty of prospect to learn.

Rainforest, red dirt, tropical beaches, remote jobs and everything in between.

You'll be someone who:
n
Holds a current HR licence
n
Has a White/Blue Card (General Safety Induction Card)
n
Can operate machinery confidently
n
Has good mechanical awareness
n
Looks after equipment like it's their own
n
Can work without someone standing over them
n
Notices problems and speaks up
n
Takes pride in a clean, organised yard and worksite
n
Wants responsibility rather than avoiding it
n
We set clear expectations, give you the tools to do the job and expect you to take ownership.
