About the RoleHR Partners is partnering with a transport/logistics company seeking a People & Performance Business Partner (HRBP) while the business is undergoing significant strategic growth and transformation. Reporting to the Head of HRBP and partnering key operational stakeholders including General Manager this role provides strategic and operational HR leadership across its key site and broader regional portfolio. You will act as a key advisor to site management, driving cultural transformation, building leadership capability, and managing robust employee and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnering & Culture Change: Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive a proactive safety and performance culture across the site.
- Industrial & Employee Relations:



Serve as the primary liaison with union representatives (TWU) and employees, navigating complex employee matters, enterprise agreements, and dispute resolution.
- Leadership Coaching: Coach and support frontline managers to build leadership capability, manage teams effectively, and execute consistent performance processes.
- HR Operational Excellence: Interpret employment legislation, manage grievances, oversee disciplinaries, and maintain compliance across site policies and procedures.
- Talent & Workforce Planning: Implement succession planning, talent development initiatives, and workforce metrics to support continuous business improvement.
